Keyboardist Scott Brown leads a very dynamic group of musicians in a fusion/funk/jazz album that features a tribute to the great jazz bass innovator Jaco Pastorius.

When he was a teenager Brown played in Pastorius' band during the last year of Pastorius' life. The song "My Son From New York," is dedicated to Jaco and includes a verbal introduction by him.
